Los Puentes, Nordelta, a house designed by the architect Maximiliano Guerrero becomes the setting for a new kind of encounter.
The Art of Inhabiting — Chapter I, conceived by Nicole Caubarrere through Private Audience in collaboration with Toribio Achával, reinterprets the open house format and transforms it into a curated experience where interior design, real estate, and author-led experiences meet within a shared language.
More than a property viewing, the house is activated as a space for connection, where architecture is no longer observed but lived. Light, textures, sound, and atmosphere are subtly integrated inspired by the four elements of nature [Earth, Water, Air, and Fire}, shaping a sensory narrative that guides every moment of the journey.
Here, real estate moves closer to the cultural sphere. From selling homes to proposing ways of inhabiting them, bringing people together around space, and sharing lived experiences.
Nicole Caubarrere’s approach understands interior design as a form of storytelling and emotional connection. Through Private Audience, she develops carefully composed environments where materiality and atmosphere generate immersive, intimate, and contemporary experiences.
In collaboration with Toribio Achával, the project introduces a renewed perspective: real estate as experience, and experience as a space for encounter.
The Art of Inhabiting — Chapter I is not just an event. It is a new way of seeing, inhabiting, and sharing space.
